1. Instagram VS. Reality?
It can be hard to tell which hat color/style you like from instagram vs. the product list. Here are a few of our most popular styles and colors. Chestnut and Cream are very close in color online, but in person Chestnut acts as a light brown as opposed to the cream-ish/white tones of the Cream color.

Absolutely! We believe in expressing your unique personality through fashion. That's why we offer customizable options for our hats. 3. How do I determine my hat size?

4. How long does it take to receive my customized hat?
Since each hat is made to order, it takes a bit longer to receive your customized hat. Typically, it takes 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality for your personalized hat.
5. What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.
